This is the 30th year, TOG started in 1996, so as you might guess bonus points will be awarded for the age of your bike!
To complete the entire week on a 30 year old mtb will gain you maximum bonus points, so now's the time to track down that retro steed.

1. You must finish the TOG on the bike you started on, including group sets, components and tires. If you damage your bike or a component beyond repair, changes will be at the discretion of organisers.
2. Bike swaps are not permitted during a stage. If your bike becomes unrideable during a stage you must either DNF or finish the stage by pushing or carrying your bike.
3. All other rules of racing that can found in the GVC Handbook on the GVC website.
4. To be eligible for overall trophies you must attend the pre-race briefing at Stage 1, you must ride every stage, and you must be present for the stage podium, if you are a category leader you must wear the leaders jersey to race.
5. If you are wearing a leaders jersey, please wash it after you have raced in it and ahead of the podium presentations the next day.
